Terms and Conditions (REAs)

They are documents that:

1. Govern the relationships between the Association (REA), its Wire Services Provider, if any, and REA Members, Customers, Consumers, or other Persons who require a Service Connection including the interconnection of a generator to the Association’s Electric Distribution System or other services.
   
   
2. Govern the relationships between the Association (REA), its Wire Services Provider, if any, and electricity Retailers. It enables any Retailer to acquire access to the REA’s Electric Distribution System for the purpose of allowing them to sell electricity directly to end-use Customers
